3-Month Signature Program

A private 3-month 1:1 coaching program designed to help create a healthy lifestyle and foster sustainable, long-term change. Over 12 weekly sessions, I show clients how to overhaul their diet and teach them to build balanced meals to support healthy weight loss, support energy levels, balance blood sugar, and maintain a healthy gut.

I guide my clients throughout the program on mindful and intuitive eating, increasing comfort in the kitchen and supermarket, and developing new lifestyle habits they can sustain for life.

I customise each program individually and provide my clients with personalised tools and resources aligned with their specific goals. Unlimited support and accountability are included, ensuring my presence every step of the way.

Option to extend this over 6 months for clients seeking ongoing support, accountability, and longer-term transformation on their wellness journey.
