My story

I’m a Qualified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach helping my clients to manage their weight effectively without resorting to restrictive diets and compromising their quality of life. With a holistic approach that focuses on nutrition, mindset, and overall wellness, I am dedicated to helping women achieve true health and long-lasting results.

Originally from a Nigerian family, food is integral to my cultural identity and a way to express love. Surrounded by food growing up, I spent my early years in the kitchen with my mother, observing how she dominated the space and prepared meals for our home. This sparked my passion for nutrition, leading me to create recipes inspired by my heritage and traditional English dishes.

In my early teens, I faced challenges with disordered eating and poor body image. Struggling with stigma related to my weight, I started my first diet at just 14 years old. Despite trying various trending diets that involved extreme restrictions, I found that my weight loss was never sustainable, often leading to gaining even more weight afterwards.

Determined to find a better way of life that allowed me to enjoy the food I loved, I pursued studies in nutrition to transform my own health journey and help others. My approach to nutrition is gentle, positive, and rooted in scientific knowledge, while allowing room for flexibility and individuality.

I understand the struggles faced by women when it comes to weight management, and I’m passionate about helping women break free from the cycle of restrictive diets and embrace a healthier and more fulfilling lifestyle. I firmly believe that restrictive diets are not the answer and that true health goes beyond just the number on the scale.

Through my unique approach, I empower other women to make sustainable lifestyle changes that promote overall well-being and lasting results.
